Our new dinner menu is based on three core values: local, fresh and form Dutch soil. To guarantee these values we’ve made some adjustments:

Our regular menu has lesser options. These are prepared from the fish that our chef buys directly from the harbour in Ijmuiden every morning. Bought in the morning, prepared in the afternoon and served in the evening. As fresh as it gets!
